What a year!!! It was a bit weird this year trying to get our footing around doing things and going out more than we did back in 2020 or even in 2021. Along with that, in the Spring of this past year, I went back to one of my true passions, food. Sort of an ode to getting back to my roots and remembering my recently passed father. So you all really got some new and fun recipes to enjoy.

So many of you have found my Beer Battered Fried Fish recipe to be one that you go to over and over again. This recipe ranks #1 every year since I first published this recipe!
But along with my Wisconsin Bar Classic, so many of you found new favorites in my Asian Mashups and Breakfast go-to’s including my family’s beloved Waffle Recipe. Cheers to good health, wonderful adventures, and happiness in 2023! I appreciate you all so much and can’t thank each of you enough for being here.
