- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp molasses
- 1 large egg (s)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Whisk together sugars, butter, vanilla & molasses add milk & egg(s) mix until combined
- Sift in flour and baking powder mix until completely combined.
- Add and gently stir in chocolate chips.
- Fill a greased (or paper-lined) muffin tin ¾ full (I use a 3 Tablespoon cookie scoop) and bake for about 15-20 minutes
- Let them cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
