A super easy Pico de Gallo (or Salsa Fresca) recipe for your next party, snack, or taco dinner.

- 5 oz tomatoes (diced)
- 1/4 medium red onion (diced – about 1.5 oz )
- 1 clove Garlic (grated/chopper)
- 1 jalapeño (optional)
- 20 sprigs cilantro (chopped (stems and all))
- juice of 1 lime
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Dice tomatoes, and red onion and add to bowl.
- Grate one clove of garlic (small clove unless you want a strong garlic taste) straight into the bowl.
- Add one chopped jalapeño (optional), I skip this because my 2 youngest kids LOVE pico de Gallo, but really can’t handle spicy food yet.
- Add cilantro and lime juice. Salt if needed.
- Mix together, let sit for a few minutes* and enjoy with Tortilla Chips.
