- 1/4 cup Japanese mayonnaise (see NOTES 1 for substitutes)
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sriracha chili sauce (optional)
- Salt (to taste)
- black pepper (taste)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (except salt and pepper) in a medium bowl until completely combined.
- Taste and add Salt and freshly ground black pepper if needed.
- Cover and refrigerate until needed (see Storage Details in NOTES for details)
