Pandan Coconut Sheet Pan Baked French Toast

This French toast recipe will become your next breakfast obsession! It’s crisp on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside, and so easy to make!

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400° F
  2. Mix the extract, coconut milk, brown sugar, and eggs in a bowl or liquid measuring cup.
  3. Ladle (or pour) enough of the mixture to just barely cover the bottom of a greased baking sheet
  4. Place the bread slices on, then pour the rest of the mixture onto each slice of bread (I used a ladle to do this).
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until set and dry looking on the top. They will be slightly golden on top (Don’t worry. the bottom crisps up more)
  6. Lay out the pan on a towel (or place them all on a platter), with a spatula for serving.
  7. That’s it, breakfast is done!
