DIY Pudding Cups

Awe pudding cups that fun treat you would look forward to in your lunch, and let’s be we all ate first. I can tell you that that nostalgic feeling we have about pudding cups is not lost on our kids. My kids love pudding, and I was, for a while, buying those plastic pudding cups, ready to grab at any time for them. That is until I saw my garbage bin, filled with plastic pudding cups. 🙈

So after some talk and math with my husband (who, fun fact, is actually a mathematician by degree. Yup, he graduated with a degree in Math), we realized it was cheaper (in the end, based on the amount of pudding they ate) to spend the money upfront on jars and then fill them up with whatever pudding they want instead of buying the same 4 flavors that were offered in the pre-made cups. So finally, I started to making DIY Pudding Cups and onbvisouly, had to share this with you!

The process to make your DIY Pudding Cups is really simple.

You basically make your favorite pudding (instant pudding makes this process even faster). And for those of you that don’t know, Cook and Serve pudding is NOT Instant pudding, but I have found, over the years that more grocery stores are offering the instant over the Cook and Serve, so just make sure to check the box to be sure it’s what you want.

Then put it in your container of choice. I LOVE the La Parfait 125ml Jars, but if you don’t want to use glass, The Silipint Silicon Bowls with Lids are perfect fto make these DIY Pudding Cups safe for any drops.

Below are all of my favorite products to use for making DIY Pudding Cups even easier.
