Upgrade your Sloppy Joe game with this tangy and saucy BBQ version. Made with my Everything BBQ Rub for the perfect balance of sweetness and spice. Yields sixteen (3oz) portions.

- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 [14.5 oz can] petite diced tomatoes
- 8 oz BBQ rub
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons molasses
- 3 cups Tomato Juice
- Salt (to taste)
- black pepper (taste)

16 burger buns (or bread of your choice)
Instructions
- In a large skillet on medium-high heat, heat the extra virgin olive oil. Add the ground beef
- Cook and drain the ground beef, then put back into the skillet
- Add the BBQ rub and cornstarch to the ground beef (burner still on medium heat), and stir until the meat is completely coated.
- Add the pineapple juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and molasses. stir until combined.
- Add Tomato Juice and continue to mix until completely combined and bubbling. Add Salt and pepper to taste
- 6.Serve on your choice of burger buns and sides.
