Happy Winter!!! Although this year hasn’t been much of a winter here in Wisconsin. I’m still holding out for a little snow play and when it happens, I know these hats are gonna keep my girls nice and warm.
This hat is an inspiration to those fun vintage fur hats of the 50’s. But without the animal fur. Because the faux fur yarn can be a little difficult to tell the stitches I want to make the pattern as easy as possible to make it a quick and stress-free make for all you crafters.
Below is the free pattern version with pictures and details on how I worked the beginning of the hat. The pattern is written for the smallest size with changes for larger sizes in parentheses. When only one number is given, it applies to all sizes. To follow the pattern more easily, circle all numbers pertaining to the size you’ve chosen before beginning. Conversely, you can purchase an INEXPENSIVE AD & COMMENT FREE PDF version on my shop.
This beautifully formatted PDF includes checkboxes so you can check off each round as you go and is a total of 5 pages including the cover page, and the printable tags (yes, printable tags are included)!
***You can also purchase the PDF of this pattern on Ravelry HERE and on LoveKnitting HERE!
Please remember that by purchasing items from my affiliates, my shop, or my designs featured on Lovecraft’s or Ravelry, you directly support my small business and allow me to continue creating top-quality patterns just for you. Your generous support is greatly valued.
